What does purchasing a license get me?A license entitles you to run a single instance of a JumpBox virtual machine and to get new versions of that JumpBox for a period of one year. If you have a trial download, a license will enable the restricted features of the JumpBox, this includes the JumpBox Backup System, the ability to turn on SSH access and the ability to remove the JumpBox navigation bar. It also allows you to move from an older version of the JumpBox to a newer one.
How do you define an instance?Your JumpBox license will allow you to run one production instance of the JumpBox. A production instance is defined as a single long running copy of a JumpBox virtual machine. Running multiple copies for experimentation and testing or to perform an upgrade migration is perfectly acceptable. If you need to run more than one production instance of any JumpBox, additional licenses can be purchased separately.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?You'll typically receive your license keys and links to downloads within a few minutes of placing an order.
