Will my JumpBox instances stop working if my subscription ends?When your subscription ends JumpBox instances that have already been deployed will continue to work. You will simply lose the ability to get new and updated JumpBoxes.
How many instances of each JumpBox can I run with a JumpBox Open Subscription?Your JumpBox Open Subscription will allow you to run a single production instance of each JumpBox. A production instance is defined as a single long running copy of a JumpBox virtual machine. Running multiple copies for experimentation and testing or to perform an upgrade migration is perfectly acceptable. If you need to run more than one production instance of any JumpBox, additional licenses can be purchased separately.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?You'll typically receive your license keys and links to downloads within a few minutes of placing an order.
